The September Music Geek Monthly Meetup is happening Tuesday 15th September 2015. It’s like a book club, but for music. Open to everyone. We’ll be listening to tracks from albums that have come out in the last month as well as the new album by HEALTH (Death Magic), and discussing two albums in particular. We’ll also be talking about the classic album Paul’s Boutique by the Beastie Boys. Come and join us!

After an amazing festival special for Brockley Max, Music Geek Monthly returns for their regular meet-up. It’s just like a book group, except for music!

Each month, new album releases will be reviewed in a hit, miss or maybe style. There will also be a chance to preview any upcoming gigs. Then, between each group meeting, members will listen to 2 albums, 1 band new and 1 classic, to be discussed at the next meeting. Just like a book group 🙂

Have you ever wondered why there are no music groups that are like reading groups? Us too! That’s why Music Geek Monthly meets at the Ladywell Gallery to discuss classic albums and new releases.

For the Brockley Max festival, we’ll be running a summer special, with music inspired by festivals, barbecues and sunshine. Come and chat about the month’s new releases and choose a favourite summer album to talk about with the group.
